Please don’t take this as sexist. I personally believe that most women are able to defend themselves mentally and physically. That said, the “good old boy” mentality includes the need to protect our womenfolk and children. If you have a Twitter account search for the hashtags #NotOK and #WhyWomenDontReport If we are supposed to be protecting our mothers and daughters, our sisters and nieces, our female friends, we have been doing a piss poor job.
